Holy Family Community School held a very successful Sponsored Walk on 5th May 2010 in aid of student facilities. Over €7,700 was raised. Congratulations and thanks to all the students and staff - over 600 in total - who took part and supported us on the day.

5th May 2010 in aid of student facilities. Over €7,700 was raised.
Congratulations and thanks to all the students and staff - over 600 in
total - who took part and supported us on the day. The day may have
started out a bit damp but everyone responded to the challenge with
great enthusiasm. Thanks to Sergeant Brendan Lyons and Garda Frank Howe
for their help and support. Thanks also to South Dublin County Council
Parks Department for their support and permission to use Rathcoole
Park. A special thanks to the Parents' Association for all their help
and support with the event and for gathering sponsorship for the
student draw. The first prize of an Apple iPod touch, sponsored by St.
Finian's GAA, was won by Eoin Taggart, 2nd Year. There were five other
winners of vouchers for Tesco and Dunnes Stores - congratulations to all
winners.
